Well, luck me. Not only did I get a jury summons but my attendance is required as of last night so therefore, here I am at Marin county court house awaiting instructions. Oh well, everyone us required to serve at some point. The worst thing about all of it is that I am going to loose about $150 from my paycheck. And I’m sorry, but $15 for the DAY is no compensation at all. At least I have my iPhone to keep me occupied as well as my Star magazine. I also have roadside for two weeks as well so that’ll help out too.
On other news, I finally got a car cover for my wagon so hopefully I won’t be receiving any complaints about it. It doesn’t exactly fit since it is a custom fit for a 211 wagon (s211) but that is the closest late model wagon that has similiar dimensions and shape to mine. It’ll at least work for now. I’m also back on the hunt for a used engine to salvage the crank and rods from because it’s driving me crazy looking at the mess in my garage next to my unfinished engine. We shall see.
